The architectural services can include:

• Introduction meeting and location visit.
• Design and building drawings based upon the archive drawings which are supplied by the client.
• Construction calculations for a simple roof terrace.
• Building permit drawings, photos of the location and application form, submission and all correspondence with the council.

Watch out! Some specialized roof terrace companies offer a very low or free building permit, this is only a marketing stunt, you pay for this service later, usually 30% more of the total building cost! You are also contractually tied to that company. KING architects is independent from builders and stands during the building process on your side.
